
Crime Scene Emergency Services, LLC focuses on the safe, effective, cleanup and proper removal of bio-hazardous infectious materials including blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids and tissue from any type of scene. We properly remove, disinfect and dispose of all contaminates in accordance with EPA, CDC, OSHA, as well as local, state, and federal agencies.

We realize the sensitivity of the situation, urgency of restoration and returning to a safe state. We recognize that our services are usually needed during unpleasant and often tragic circumstances. We are discreet, professional, and courteous. Our goal is to discreetly perform our job with the minimum of intrusion into the lives of our clients.
Employees are experienced current or retired law enforcement and emergency medical service personnel having responded to hundreds of crime and trauma scenes. Our vehicles are unmarked to maintain our client's dignity and respect of their privacy. Employees are thoroughly trained in the latest state-of-the-art procedures in hazardous materials, biohazards, and blood borne pathogens training approved by OSHA, CDC, EPA, the Maryland (Delaware) Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Work is directly supervised by an onsite owner. All employees will have photo identification.
We will work with your insurance company to help ease your financial burden in your time of need, and assist in the filing of insurance claims related to the crime scene cleanup. The cost of services is determined upon viewing the scene, determining the approximate man-hours and supplies needed, on a case by case basis. Services are billed to the appropriate insurance carrier for reimbursement. Typically, Homeowner, Commercial, and Automobile Insurance policies cover the costs of these services as well a local, state, and federal agencies. We DO NOT require payment at the time of service.
OSHA, CDC, EPA as well as state and federal agencies require professional crime scene cleanup companies perform these services to ensure the removal of 100% of the blood borne pathogens and bodily fluids. This is not to be performed by family members.
We will immediately notify law enforcement and lead investigators in the event additional evidence is discovered. We are trained how to approach and preserve the crime scene.
